Starting a New Job? Don't Forget Your Super

If you’ve changed jobs a few times, had a career change or done contract work for a while, then chances are you've got a fair amount of lost or forgotten super scattered in multiple funds. It’s also possible that this forgotten super is being slowly eaten away by fees.

Because every little bit counts when saving for your retirement, it’s important to take control and consider combining all your super accounts (including lost super accounts) into one. You may wish to seek independent financial advice to ensure this is the most appropriate strategy.

Why consolidate your super?
You'll probably save on fees, which means more money in your pocket when you retire. Also, if all of your super is in one account it will be easier to manage and there will be less chance your super will become lost.
